Chic Ahead, Shabby Behind

Es ist zugegebenermaßen preiswerter, Stiefmütterchen zu pflanzen als die Villa Berg in Schuss zu halten.
It's admittedly less expensive to plant violas than to keep the Villa Berg in good nick.

    In the long run though it's better to take care of such places than to neglect- the building looks worth taking proper care of.

    Shabby chic - vielleicht sollten sie die Villa Berg einfach auch noch bepflanzen.
