Shopping In The Time Of FIFA World Cup 2010

In Zeiten der Fußball WM bleibt so manche, sonst gut frequentierte, Einkaufspassage leer. Das Bild zeigt die Calwer Passage in der Stadtmitte. Kleine Läden und Cafés sind hier angesiedelt.
Some shopping arcades are empty in the time of FIFA World Cup. You see the "Calwer Passage" in the city centre which is normally well attended. There are some small shops and coffee bars.

I suppose people can't be everywhere.

I think French people won't spend any money in these shops. The French football team was so good ;-))

Wonderful roof. Worth enlarging this picture.

I think most of the stores have small tv or computer, so the staff can see football ;-)

I must be the only person not watching soccer these days! Very nice photo.

Looks like a nice arcade. It won't be long now before the World Cup is over and hustle and bustle returns to everyday life. Unfortunately, here it already has.

well I'm just watching the match through the gap between my processor and monitor - damn it Germany have just scored!! and Vettel won the GP earlier - dread to think what the streets will be like later.
