Auf dem Gustav-Heinemann-Platz befindet sich dieses Ding. Leider konnte ich keinerlei Beschreibung dazu finden. Möglicherweise ist es ein Kunstwerk.
There is this object on the Gustav-Heinemann-Platz. Unfortunately I couldn't find any information about it. Quite possibly it is an artwork.
