Onwards To The Wasen

Heute beginnt das 167. Cannstatter Volksfest. Bis zum 14. Oktober dauert die Gaudi. Am Eingang zum Wasen befindet sich traditionell der Krämermarkt. Hier können Haushaltsartikel, Kräuter und Gewürze und allerlei mehr erstanden werden.

The 167th Cannstatt Folk Festival begins today. The jamboree will take until October, 14th. There is usually the flea market at the entrance to the Wasen. Here you can buy household articles, herbs and spicery and even more helpful things.

The Dog And Pony Show Is In Town

Beeilung! Der Weltweihnachtszirkus gastiert zur Zeit auf dem Wasengelände. Aber nur noch bis zum 08. Januar 2012!

Hurry up! The World Christmas Circus guests at the Wasen area at the moment. The show will be over on January 8th.

Nichts wie rein/hinein - Willkommen zum Canstatter Volksfest welches vom 24.09. bis 10.10.2010 stattfindet. Ich möchte hier keine Werbung für ein bestimmtes Festzelt machen. Die Brauerei "Schwabenbräu" ist aber die einzige Brauerei in Stuttgart, die auf Schwäbisch Reklame macht

Let's go in - Welcome to the Cannstatt Folk Festival which takes place from 2010-09-24 to 2010-10-10. I don't want to advertise a special marquee at the Wasen. But the brewery "Schwabenbräu" is the only Stuttgart brewery which publicize in Swabian dialect.

There Is No Money In That

Gleich neben dem Wasengelände fiel mir eine Graffiti-Wand auf und dabei dieses Werk eines wohl sehr relegiösen Machers. Besonders süß fand ich das Tierchen...

Beside the Cannstatter Wasen I saw a wall with graffiti. I was especially interested in this creation of a religious artist. Do you see the animal top left of the head?

Geduld! Das 72. Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest beginnt erst am 17. April 2010 und geht bis zum 9. Mai. Bis dahin kann der Ort noch als Parkplatz oder Fußgängerzone genutzt werden.
Please, be patient. The 72th spring festival at the Cannstatter Wasen begins on April 17 and ends on May 9. Until then the place can be used as a parking or for long walks.
