What Happened?

Auf dem Kleinen Schlossplatz, zwischen Kunstmuseum und BW-Bank, habe ich dieses Kunstwerk entdeckt. Sieht nach einem Unfall des EURO-Zeichens aus, oder?

I found this artwork at Kleiner Schlossplatz between Kunstmuseum and a bank building. Looks like an accident of the euro symbol, right?

Early Autumn Shot

Ich war auf dem Weinwanderweg oberhalb des Neckars unterwegs. Ein sehr schöner Weg mit beeindruckenden Ausblicken.

I was on the move at the vineyard trail above the Neckar. It's a wonderful pathway which offers impressive views.

The "Bülow Carre" is a modern office building in the centre. This corner was shot from Lautenschlager Straße and Thouretstraße.

... und hier von der Stephanstraße aus gesehen. Gleich nebenan befinden sich die Gloriapassage und das "Brauhaus Schönbuch".

The diagonal corner is at Stephanstraße. Next door there are Gloriapassage and the restaurant named "Brauhaus Schönbuch".

Das Füllhorn an der Friedrichswahl wurde wieder schön bepflanzt. Schade, dass die meisten Autofahrer davon nichts mitbekommen...

Fast Menschenleer war der unterirdische Bahnsteig der Endhaltestelle Killesberg. Nur der Fotograf mit seinem Sohn war hier...

The underground station of the terminal stop 'Killesberg' was almost deserted. Only the photographer and his son were around...

Small Trees And New Buildings

Wo heute Wohnhäuser stehen, waren früher Messehallen. Und die Bäume werden hoffentlich ordentlich wachsen und genügend Schatten spenden an sonnigen Tagen. Der Höhenpark Killesberg ist gerade im Sommer ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Groß und Klein.

Exhibition halls have given way to apartement buildings. And the trees will hopefully grow tidy to be sources of shade on sunny days. The Höhenpark (altitude park?) Killesberg is a favoured destination for young and old just in the summer.

Adjustment Of Yesterday's Upside-Down Shot

"Cloud No. 7" nennt sich das Hochhaus an der Ecke Heilbronner Straße/Wolframstraße. Eine berüchtigte Boulevard-Zeitung betitelte es als "Stuttgarts erstes Hochhaus für Superreiche". Da könnte sie recht behalten.

This high-rise is called "Cloud No. 7" and it is situated on the corner of Heilbronner Straße and Wolframstraße. An infamous penny press has named it as "Stuttgart's first high-rise for the super-rich". It could be right after all.
