This is also one of the older buildings in Heslach, with many small details with the exception of the mentioned scribblings. One of the details, a swan (?), can be seen on the second photo below.

I think that black car is illegally parked, is it yours Steffen?

Hello Bruce. No, it's not my car; I prefer French cars (I own a Renault). Illegal or false parking is a worldwide problem, isn't it?

I too almost own a Renault. It's a Nissan which has a lot of Renault bits, apparently. I think Renault owns some or all of Nissan. I love it.

I used to drive a Peugeot, but now I have a nice German car! ;)

I like the swan details. I wonder what that signified back in the day.

Sorry to see the graffito on that door. What a waste of energy!

Thanks for your faithful comments and visits to my blog -:)

Dear blogfriend. If you give me your car, then I'll tell you, that the bird can't be a swan... must be a kind of a bird of prey :D
The hole buildings are just great, and so your photos, sure!

I love these "corner" buildings. This looks like it's been well-cared for, too. The swan is a nice detail. The scribbling not so nice!

Thanks very much for your link to Dormunder Hansa...I thoroughly enjoyed that! I'm going to see if it's sold anywhere in the U.S. Of course, the experience I told you about was 50 years ago, so I may not like it even if I find it! :-)

Very sturdy looking building. Practical, really. And what a good location on the tram line! Too bad about the graffiti. :(
