The Lookout Point Named Geroksruhe

This is the "real" Geroksruhe. It is a lookout point between Gänsheide and Waldebene Ost. There is a beautiful view to the Northeast and Southeast of Stuttgart. To the left of this point there is a generously laid out playground.

Where are all the people?

Hi, Bruce. I made this photo in the late morning. Perhaps the people were playing tennis or they were at home in their own cool four walls...But the playgound was well attended.

Looks like a very inviting area, indeed.

Looks like a peaceful place! Hope it stays that way and those trees don't get chopped any time soon. Danke for visiting my blog and signing the petition. This stuff is happening in everyone's neighbourhood, not only ours, so a global community needs to come together to stand up for what's right. Hope you enjoyed the playground!!:)

A lovely spot to spend a warm afternoon, no doubt! Nice shot, too!

But I've got to ask: What is a "vespertine assignation"?
